What You’ll Do at Miron

You'll be talking to people who care deeply about their products. A founder in Berlin launching her first skincare line. A family business in France that's been making organic honey for three generations. A wellness brand in the Czech Republic looking for packaging that matches their values.

Your role is to understand what they need and guide them to the right solution. Sometimes that's a quick answer. Sometimes it's thinking along with them about which bottle shape tells their story best.

You'll create quotes, follow up with care, and build relationships that last.

You'll work closely with customer service, business development, and logistics. One team that genuinely wants every customer to feel supported.

Who You Are

  • You have a few years of sales experience, ideally in a B2B or trading environment.
  • You know how to listen, advise and close, while building trust with leads and partners.
  • Organised without being rigid, you manage multiple conversations while giving each customer your full attention.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. A third language is a plus.
  • You live in the northern Netherlands or can regularly work from our Hoogeveen office, combined with remote work.
  • Sustainability, quality and doing things the right way genuinely matter to you.
