Our unique glass packaging protects and enhances the quality of products such as oils, serums, herbs, perfumes, and skincare. We supply brands in more than 80 countries. And we’re growing fast. That’s why we’re looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager who gets energized by people, opportunities, and international markets.

Role Profile

You’ll be part of our inside sales team and speak with international customers on a daily basis, from promising start ups to well known premium brands. You are the one who advises, thinks along, spots opportunities, and then actually acts on them.

In this role, you welcome new leads in a warm and professional way, whether they come in via email, phone, or our website. You quickly sense what customers need and advise them on which Miron glass solution best fits their product and mission.

You create quotations, keep them up to date, and follow them up in a structured and smart way. You grow existing customers further in terms of revenue, margin, and product mix, while working closely with customer service, business development, and logistics to ensure every customer is supported smoothly and with real attention.

In short, it’s a combination of relationship management, commercial thinking, analysis, and market insight. You become the go to specialist for your customer segment.

Employment Conditions

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales within a trading or B2B environment.
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently (a third language is a big plus).
  • You work accurately and in a structured way, and you’re comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems.
  • You are entrepreneurial and proactive, you take action before someone has to ask.
  • You live in the northern part of the Netherlands or are willing to be in Hoogeveen on a regular basis.
  • You have a bachelor level (HBO) way of thinking and working.
